Return Policy

30-Day Return

We are confident that any McCloy Implement product will exceed your expectations. Mount it, use it, get it dirty; we don't care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Products purchased on McCloy Implement's website may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Everything that you will need for the return will be included in your box. Just pack all items in the original product case, affix the included UPS return label to your box, and ship it back to us!

Please allow two weeks to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Exchanges

We will accept your item for exchange and issue full credit or a replacement item of same value within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Missing/Damaged Packages

If any product you've ordered was damaged during transit, save the box & merchandise and notify us immediately via email at info@mccloyimplement.com, including your order number along with a description and photo of the damaged item(s).
